If you begin the planning process with an Event Designer, you should revel your true budget. To ensure that you have the best event possible, it is imperative that you are completely honest with your event designer. Being upfront with the budget gives the designer parameters as to which to create the experience. Like artists, event designers need to know what size canvas they are to create their masterpieces, how big or small is it. Not giving the designer this vital piece of information, limits the possibilities of the event design thereby compromising the experience and you lose out as the client. Remember you are having an event for a reason, for an experience.
